I start my new project work "Decomposition Photography". This is an experimental work. I soak color print in water and leave it as it is. After a while, the surface of color layer of print is peel off and unforeseen colors gradually appear. The purpose of my documentary photography works is to record the world. But sometimes I feel that I can't record anything. Because all things are in flux and nothing is permanent. < 2016 Groupe exhibition "Beyond the tangible" in Kyoto > いま取り組んでるのが「分解写真」シリーズ。京都での展示は新たな道を示してくれた。 庭のつくばいに入れたのは庭全体を写した写真。水の中で徐々に自然分解されて美しいブルーが出たときも。その瞬間を残したくて撮る記録としての写真、しかしこの世界のものは永久に残すことは不可能で、記録写真も一時的にとどまっている幻影にすぎない。でも記録したい。
